The continued growth of the company can be contributed to the strategic leadership of the co-owners Sue Flottman Steller and Peter Flottman.
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Peter is the youngest of the Flottman family and has worked his entire career under the umbrella of Flottman Company. His printing and miniature folding expertise is unparalleled and supported by his more than 30 years of service. Peter has worked as a bindery operator, press supervisor, salesperson, production coordinator and now serves as vice president, chief financial officer and co-owner.
Quality Assurance Supervisor
Tim has worked in the quality assurance field for over a decade, and holds a degree in electrical engineering as well as multiple certifications in quality management systems. He has a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, procedures and techniques in the industry. Tim ensures that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. He works closely with our production team to identify areas for improvement, implement new procedures and policies, and ensure that all quality control measures are in place and adhered to.

Ellis brings nearly 25 years of bindery, printing, and production experience to Flottman Company. Having successfully worked in all areas of print, he is able to provide expertise on everything from machine set up and repairs, to variable printing and package design. Ellis plays a critical role in ensuring that our client’s pharmaceutical and commercial printed materials are produced efficiently, effectively, and with the highest quality standards. His transformational leadership style on the print floor inspires teamwork, creativity, and innovation.

With over twenty years in communications and advertising, Sarah is responsible for driving the company’s marketing and branding efforts. She leads the development and implementation of strategic marketing efforts as Flottman Company continues to grow its footprint in both the pharmaceutical and commercial print spaces. Sarah has experience in both the non-profit and for profit sectors, serving clients including Hasbro, ConAgra, Kimberly-Clark, Skyline Chili, and The Diocese of Southern Ohio.
