The continued growth of the company can be contributed to the strategic leadership of the co-owners Sue Flottman Steller and Peter Flottman.
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Peter is the youngest of the Flottman family and has worked his entire career under the umbrella of Flottman Company. His printing and miniature folding expertise is unparalleled and supported by his more than 30 years of service. Peter has worked as a bindery operator, press supervisor, salesperson, production coordinator and now serves as vice president, chief financial officer and co-owner.
Quality Assurance Supervisor
Terry has been with Flottman Company since 2002. Terry has defined and redefined the position of Quality Assurance Supervisor here at Flottman Company. Currently Terry and his team inspect every project that enters the doors, monitor the project during production and provide the final quality check before the product is released.
Joe started took over the production reins for the Flottman Company at the start of 2019. Over the previous 30-years, he has worked in every aspect of printing, production and management. Joe’s ability to plan, detail and provide quick and confident decisions will enable him to take complete command of the facility. Initially he has instituting a continual evaluation for each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency, streamlined processes and reduced cost risks.
Director of Marketing & Communications
Ed McMasters joined the Flottman Company in 2011. Ed has a variety of marketing and communications skills, which he honed while working with the Cincinnati USA Regional Tourism Network, Jack of Games – Video Gaming Company and industry giants like P&G, Sony, Microsoft and the Cincinnati Reds. Previous promotional successes include earned media placement for Flottman in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Cincinnati Business Courier. Ed’s efforts encompass promoting the Flottman Company to the public, clients and potential clients.
Barry Henry joins the Flottman Company with over 30 years of print experience. He previously held the position and Sales and CFO with Advertiser Printers Inc. Virginia has the ability to correlate a company’s packaging needs with FDA regulatory compliant documents (IFU/DFU/PPI/PI Med guides.)
